I come from a background of engineering, teaching yoga and began doing massage in 1986. I've been practicing Structural Integration since 1991 after graduating from the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. For five years of that time I was involved in working with University of Michigan theatre students to help them move multi-directionally, originating from the core level.
Current Work
As a certified Structural Integration practitioner (Rolfing), I offer a personalized approach to healing and body alignment through the classic Rolfing Ten Session Series, available as needed based on your goals and condition. My work integrates deep tissue techniques to address general, chronic, and severe pain, with a focus on lasting relief and postural improvement. Many clients aren’t fully aware of how their posture affects their daily lives, so I also provide postural education to help you recognize and correct imbalances. To support continued progress, I offer targeted exercises that extend the benefits of each session beyond the treatment table. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, aligned, and connected throughout your entire body.
